We prioritize both authenticity and comfort. Most of our apparel is crafted from high-quality linen, cotton, and genuine leather to ensure durability and a period-accurate look for re-enactments or faires.
How long does shipping take for custom-made cloaks?
Custom-made items typically require 3-4 weeks for artisan production before they are shipped. Standard ready-to-wear items are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit my character concept?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-tailored garments are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Do you offer group discounts for theater troupes or LARP groups?
