Eric The Scout Tunic

Eric The Scout Tunic - Men's linen tunic with Viking-style trim

This tunic is considered classic: early medieval clothing, and probably one of the best-known ancient clothing pieces. It was everyday clothing for people in Medieval Europe over the centuries.

The Eric the Scout Tunic is not so simple as it looks. Instead of using a classic T-shaped tunic pattern, we decided to go with a less-known but more comfortable Kragelund Mose tunic design (the pattern was discovered in a medieval tunic found on a body in a Danish bog at Kragelund Mose). In accordance with the original, it has both back and front slits, and its sleeve design provides a better fit and greater arm flexibility. This tunic is definitely one of the best “simple tunics” on the market.
