The 4 Tie Under bust corset has steel boning to stay the silver/nickel grommets and laced with black ropes. The puff sleeve top can be worn on ~ or ~ off the shoulders. For the proper fit take the following measurements:
Underbust: measure under bustline and deduct 2-4"
Waist: measure at belly button level and deduct 2-4"
