At Pearson's Medieval Shoppe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your period attire. If your garment or armor does not fit your quest, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our royal scribes via the online portal or email to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parchment

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is free of wear or soil from the battlefield.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location to begin its journey back to our castle.

• 4.
  Inspection and Bounty

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange, returning the gold to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
